Like no other indoor cycling studio, we run smart classes with a live leaderboard, where riders can track their training goals and improve to achieve better results over time. This pushes people to their limits, increases motivation and makes them come back for more classes. This turns traditional indoor cycling sessions into a fun and thrilling experience.



The Speed House 45-minute workout is specifically designed to strengthen the body's core and tone key body parts while burning maximum calories. A weight bar is used to tone the upper body and raise the heart rate. Cleated shoes are worn by everyone, increasing the connection and safety between the leg and the bike, engaging the hamstrings and glute muscles resulting in lean, toned legs. Our high energy classes are set to playlists that will charge your workout with positivity and emotion. Our instructors create their playlists to fulfill our ambition, which is to help you forget about how hard you are working, and allowing you to lose yourself and have an awesome the session. Each class ends with a gentle stretch, to leave your body relaxed and ready to continue your day. Ideal for those with a busy schedule who want to make the most out of this 45 minutes.
